The Junior Resource Planning Analyst is responsible for measuring, analysing and supporting the improvement in services through the performance of different types of tools, market and business studies, database and KPIs analyses, etc., identifying improvement opportunities to meet and exceed the objectives agreed internally and/or with the Client Organisation, supporting the taking of decisions based on data, significant and accurate reports which enable Transcom's profitability to be improved.
Perform statistical-econometric analyses.
Develop and implement modules and improvements in the analysis models.
Generate metrics and indicators to analyze results, which support management, designing and preparing descriptive, understandable reports on functioning and revenue, suggesting ways to measure the operational environment, data extraction and analysis of KPIs.
Provide support to the operational teams to ensure results and adequate responses to end users, calculating the earnings and profitability of the operations performed to help develop the Client Organisation's business.
Exploit databases and monitor and plan the client's research and field studies, controlling information and supervising the quality objectives perceived.
Support the monitoring of the correct implementation of initiatives aimed at improving the variable under analysis.
Identify improvement opportunities, from an economic, operative and functional standpoint, assessing the impact on the income statement, viability and predictions. Profile required
Professional qualifications/Specific knowledge:
Minimum studies: University training in Economics, Business Studies, Statistics, Mathematics or similar. In its absence, knowledge will be demonstrated through extensive experience in the performance of similar functions.
Knowledge/Specific training in Results Analysis Systems and/or Applied Statistics.
Information technology:
Office package: Excel – High level; Power Point – Intermediate level; Word – Intermediate level.
Statistical packages: Minitab, SPSS, etc. High level.
Databases: High level.
Communications: Email - Intermediate/High level.
Languages:
English: C1 - Threshold or intermediate.

Previous experience:
External selection: Minimum one year's experience as a Data Analyst or in the performance of similar functions, and experience in companies belonging to the Contact Centre sector is an advantage.
Internal promotion: May originate from the post of Quality Analyst and/or Team Leader. May also originate from any post if he/she complies with the required profile.
