To oversee HR Compensation & benefits (Total Rewards) focusing on benefits administration, total rewards management, and clinic operations, ensuring compliance and optimizing compensation strategies to attract and retain top talent.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Global Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement a global TR strategy that aligns with the company’s international presence and diverse workforce.
- Ensure that TR programs support the company’s global expansion and are adaptable to various regional markets.
- Lead TR integration efforts during mergers and acquisitions, harmonizing compensation and benefits structures across the combined entity.
2. Global Program Management:
- Manage global TR programs, including bonus and commission schemes, Management Incentive Programs (MIP), other global incentive programs, salary structures, job architecture and payroll.
- Coordinate with regional HR teams to ensure consistent application of TR policies and practices.
- Design and administer executive compensation plans, including short-term and long-term incentives, to drive executive performance and align with shareholder interests.
3. Market Intelligence:
- Conduct global market analyses to benchmark TR programs against industry standards and best practices.
- Utilize data analytics to inform TR decisions and forecast trends.
4. Global Governance:
- Establish governance structures to oversee TR programs and ensure compliance with global regulations and internal policies.
- Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to navigate the complexities of international TR administration.
5. Stakeholder Engagement:
- Engage with key stakeholders, including senior leadership and the board of directors, to gain support for TR initiatives.
- Communicate the value of TR programs to employees at all levels of the organization.
6. Innovation and Technology:
- Leverage technology to enhance the delivery and administration of TR programs globally.
- Explore innovative TR solutions to meet the evolving needs of a diverse and distributed workforce.
7. Training and Capability Building:
- Develop training programs for HR professionals and managers on global TR processes and systems.
- Build capabilities within the TR team to effectively manage complex global programs
What we are looking for:
To be successful in this role you must…
- University degree in Business, Finance or a related field
- Experience in multiple areas of HR including Total Rewards and/or Finance
- Experience in a shared service, customer service, or HR function (preferred)
- Experience in Reporting and presentation to Sr. Leadership
- Enabler for change with a strong drive for constant improvement
- Deep knowledge of budget, accounting process, and Total Rewards practices
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Fluent in English
