QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum studies: Compulsory Secondary Education
Fluency in French or Italian or German language (due to specific market) necessary to provide the service with the Client Organization.
Minimum intermediate level of English language
Office package: Excel - Elementary level

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for assisting end users, meeting their needs, problems or complaints using the corresponding communication channel, telephone, email, etc. calls to and from end users for information, clarification of doubts and/or management of claims administrative process, via different computer applications.
