Join us as Multilingual Recruitment Marketing Intern!

In this role, you will:

  • Acquire knowledge and hands-on experience in the Talent Acquisition recruiting process.
  • Develop skills in screening resumes for diverse job openings.
  • Learn how to efficiently schedule a high volume of candidate interviews.
  • Support various initiatives to attract candidates, including online campaigns, design of marketing materials, and participation in job fairs.
  • Assist in the management of Transcom's recruitment-focused social media presence, encompassing advertising, organic campaigns, and community management.
  • Contribute to candidate tracking and database management.
  • Participate in special Talent Acquisition projects.
  • Provide valuable administrative support to the team.
  • Be actively involved in the full recruitment life cycle, focusing on driving candidate attraction and ensuring a positive candidate experience.

We are looking for candidates who:

  • Are current college students (preferable majoring in Human Resources Management, Business Administration and/or Philology)
  • Have strong English skills + additional fluency in German, one of the Nordic languages (Danish, Swedish, Norwegian), or Dutch (B2/C1 level).
  • Proficient in the use of social media platforms (Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn)
  • Have strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Are enthusiastic, creative and eager to learn.
  • Able to commit at least 4 days a week, full time would be preferred.
