My Transcom Experience - Bernadett Bükk
"I started as a CSR in January 2014 where I helped customers in Norwegian, English and Hungarian with US visa related questions. In the beginning of 2015 we had an open position for Lead CSR so I decided to apply. This way I could be familiar with various new tasks, I was able to take on extra responsibilities including call evaluations, training new hires, assisting the team leader.
My latest achievement was in the same year when I got the possibility to be a team leader. My job at Transcom has given me a lot of great experiences and I have grown as a person and hopefully the new tasks made me a better leader, to be more focused on the client’s and the customer’s needs, and to be able to create a better work atmosphere for our team.
My responsibility is to improve, monitor the team, the service level, the average handling time, to provide feedback to the agents and the client.
The best thing about working for Transcom is to be able to work in a colourful environment with people from different countries supporting each other with our daily tasks. Transcom gives the possibility to make decisions on our level, can be a part of the hiring process, and to have the chance to select from the new candidates. We have good collaboration between different departments, we help each other wherever we can."
