What You’ll Be Doing

  • Coordination of HR processes in alignment with operational needs
  • Contact person for all matters related to HR
  • Reporting activities on a monthly and quarterly basis
  • Update and maintain HR policies and procedures
  • Coordination of HR vendors
  • Involvement in various projects e.g. Compensation & Benefit, Training & Development
  • Conduction of HR related training
  • Additional involvement in Recruitment, company event organization, communication and social media activities

What we would like to see on your CV

  • University or college degree
  • Minimum 2 years of work experience in a similar role
  • Understanding of labour code, payroll processes, HR reporting
  • Experience in a Shared Services Center is an advantage
  • Fluency in Hungarian and English, both verbal and written
  • Good PC handling skills (Excel, Word, PPT)
